Educational qualification: Minimum GPA-2.50 in SSC/Equivalent Examination. However, in the case of Painter and Decorator and Painter profession, one must pass from Science Department.
AGE :Candidates age should be between 17 to 30 years as on 9 February 2025. Age is relaxable by one year only for candidates with experience in Cook profession.
Other Qualifications of Trade-II
(Specialty Occupation). 1. For the profession of cook, one must be proficient in cooking.
2. Candidates for the post of tailor should have minimum three months training on tailoring. Must be proficient in tailoring shirts and pants in particular.
3. Candidates interested in joining the career of Painter and Decorator/Painter should be proficient in painting.
4. Candidates with proficiency in various musical instruments (drums, brass band clarinet, bag pipes and trumpets) will be given preference for the Bandsman profession.

Army Job Circular 2024 apply process
Interested candidates can apply through SMS and online. First send a short message through the Teletalk prepaid SIM. To apply for the post of soldier by going to the message option, write soldier in English and send the first three letters of the SSC pass board, roll number, year of pass, district code and trade code to 16222. After the first SMS a pin number will be sent after verifying the candidate’s details.
Once you get the pin number, send a small message again. In this case, 300 rupees should be paid for the application fee. After the second SMS the candidate will be given a user id and password. With that you have to fill the application form online by going to this website. Candidates have to upload color photograph while filling the application form. After filling the online application form the candidate has to print the admit card.
