Bangladesh Army job circular
Eligibility of Application
Candidates must have passed SSC or equivalent examination with minimum GPA-3 to apply for General Trade (GD). Candidate’s age should not be less than 17 years and not more than 21 years as on 9 February 2024.
For application in technical trade, one must pass SSC Vocational with a minimum GPA-3 in the relevant technical subject. After passing SSC/equivalent, there should be 6 months training in the relevant trade course from an institute approved by the Technical Education Board. Preference will be given to those who have completed science department or diploma course.
Physical fitness
For Male
For both general and technical posts, male candidates should have height of at least 5 feet 5 inches, weight of at least 49.90 kg and chest size of 30 inches in normal condition and 32 inches in inflated condition. But in case of candidates belonging to different minority communities, the height should be at least 5 feet 4 inches.
For Female
In case of female candidates, physical height should be at least 5 feet 1 inch, weight should be at least 47 kg and chest size should be 28 inches in normal condition and 30 inches in inflated condition. However, height should be at least 5 feet in case of candidates belonging to different ethnic groups. Female and male candidates must pass health test, unmarried and know how to swim.

Go to the message option and send the first three letters of the SSC pass board, roll number, year of pass and district code to 16222 to apply for the post of soldier. After the first SMS a pin number will be sent after verifying the candidate’s details.Once you get the pin number, send a small message again. In this case, 300 rupees should be sent for the application fee. After the second SMS the candidate will be given a user id and password. Go and fill the application form. Candidates have to upload color photograph while filling the application form. After filling the online application form candidates have to print the admit card. Failure to print admit card within 7 days of application cannot be printed later.
